Tell Me More

As of 6/24/2021, an update has been included called the Tell Me More Feature.

In effort to generate more assignments the Tell Me More Feature has been added. This requires workers of the assignment to ask the owner if there were any additional damages to the assignment.

And if there were additional damages to possibly create a new assignment out of them.

( This question is asked in Webclaim and Alacrity virtual assignments as well.)

Owners and facility type owners that work the mobile text scheduler will answer this question. The text scheduler and the additional exposures drop down will automatically reflect the results of this. A diary entry will be made about the additional exposures.

All other assignment types will require the assignment worker to get the answer to this question. The answer will need to be recorded in this drop down of the detail tile.

The additional exposures drop down is at the bottom right of the Assignment Information Section of the detail tile.

Answering this drop down will provide a time date and user stamp of who answered it and when it was answered.

If yes is marked a button labelled 'Exposures' appears.

Clicking this button allows the assignment worker to create a new assignment with the information about the additional exposures.

The following model will appear after clicking the button.

You can quickly create a new assignment from the information of the additional exposures with this modal by :

1). Getting an adjuster's approval and marking that they approved in the bottom left drop down.

2). Filling out the assignment details and clicking the 'Create Assignment' button on the bottom right.

Note: if the adjuster has not approved yet, you can save the information and come back at a later time.
