Assignments Alert Grid

Alerts Grid

Click the Assignments Alerts icon to navigate to the Assignments Alert Grid:

Note: If the assignment has passed the time for updating the client as defined by the business group for that client, it will increament the Assignments Alerts icon. The alerts number sums up all the assignments alerts in the grid up to 99 (a number greater than 99 will show 99+).

You may also select Assignments Alerts view from the dropdown:

You can view all the triggered alerts in the grid:

The first column of the grid shows the Alerts with icons for each alert. Hover over the icon to view the alert description.

Possible Alerts

Here is a list of all the alerts:

Client Update Alert

If an assignment has not be scheduled or provided any status updates for more than 24 hours, the alert will trigger: warning tooltip

Same Day Service Alert

If the assignment is qualified and available for Same-Day Service or Next-Day Service, the alert will trigger: sds

Appraiser Over Capacity Alert

If the assigned appraiser has the maximum claimed assignments, the appraiser is considered over capacity, the alert will trigger: appraiser capacity

Appraiser Coverage Alert

If the assignment does not have any appraisers in the postal code area, the alert will trigger: no available postal code

Request Reassign Alert

If there is a request to reassign the assignment, the alert will trigger: request to reassign

Return To Office Alert

If the appraiser has completed the assignment and "Return to Office" then the assignment is ready for an office review, the alert will trigger: Ready for office review
