Reinspections

• Reminder- Supplement files should not be coded as a reinspection- DO NOT change the original assignment coding. Supplement file coding should remain the same as the original file type. (See Supplement section in Help menu)

• EXAMPLE:

  • AUTO
  • PHYSICAL DAMAGE
  • PHYSICAL INSPECTION

  

  • Reinspection should ONLY be coded in the states of California and Massachusetts due to regulatory requirements for POST inspections in these states.

  • In these instances, a new assignment should be set up and assignment coded for CA Re-inspections in California and Mass Re-inspections for Massachusets.

    • Note- In the state of California, the appraiser should complete the California DOI repair reinspection form and attach to WEBFMS

• Auto EXAMPLE- Massachusetts:
