Supplements
How to create Supplements in WEBFMS
- Supplement request comes from shop via email
- Locate original file in WebFMS
- Double click file in the main grid to open
- Click the SUPPLEMENT button on the Detail Tile in the top ribbon
- Click YES when the Supplement Pop Up Window opens
Click YES for the second Pop Up Window IF the same appraiser will be completing the supplement.
Click NO IF an appraiser other than the original appraiser will be completing the supplement.
A new POP UP will open verifying supplement has been created. Click CLOSE
Update the Location to the facility that submitted the supplement and click save. Ensure all fields have accurate data.
Note: DO NOT change the Business Group, Business Line or Service Type. This should remain the same as the original file.
Click Attachments tab and then add the original email and file attachments from supplement request.

Drag and drop the original email and file attachments to the attachments tab
• Attach the original email
• Attach the PDF of the supplement request
• Attach any supporting documents (invoices, tow bills, photos, etc.)

Click back to the main detail tile, save again and close file
Supplement Billing

Market Auto Bundled Rate Clients
• Supplement is included in the bundled rate
• Re-inspection is invoiced for MILEAGE ONLY, if physical inspection is completed
Always refer to the CPA/SLA for NATIONAL CLIENTS to determine if supplement is included in original file fee or should be billed.
Original desk review files
• Should be invoiced for the supplement as this would not have been a bundled rate file originally and subsequently, each invoice should be billed
NOTE : Desk Review files - Office Manager should list location where the vehicle is located with the owner or shop address on documentation submitted.
Desk review supplement files - Office Manager should update the location to reflect the address of the shop.
T&E Assignments
• T&E files are NOT a bundled rate file and should be billed accordingly
• Heavy Equipment and Property files should be billed at time/expense for supplements
• Examples of Heavy Equipment | Heavy truck, trailer, RV, boat, etc.
• Examples of Property files | mailbox, driveway, residential property, commercial property, etc.
• Classic/Exotic vehicles
• Motorcycles not included in the database
Returning Supplement Files to the Client
• Supplement files that are NOT invoiced should be sent back to the client utilizing the ATTACHMENTS tile via the SEND/EXTRACT BUTTON OR the RETURN VIA INTEGRATION button depending on how the assignment was assigned.
• Client portal, email, manual assignments should be sent via SEND/EXTRACT
• CCC AUTOVERSE files should be sent RETURN VIA INTEGRATION
Supplements that are invoiced should be sent via the INVOICE tile once the invoice has been saved. Send back via SEND/EXTRACT or RETURN VIA INTEGRATION depending on how the assignment was assigned.
Client portal, email, manual assignments should be sent via SEND/EXTRACT
CCC AUTOVERSE files should be sent RETURN VIA INTEGRATION
• Note- Verify that all supporting documentation is checked on the attachment tab in order to go through with file to the client. Documents and photos will default to checked. Uncheck any items that should not go to the client. * UNCHECK the original supplement document from the shop, as this should not go to the client.* The Alacrity supplement is the only supplement that should be sent to the client.
Example: Green check mark should remain for the Image Report
Example: Remove the check mark for the Prelimary Supplement 2 from the shop.
