ABG Workflow Overview
- Vehicles are located at ABG facility
- Three (3) AVIS brands:
- URW
- Flexcar
- ZIPCAR
- Typically, will not be repaired
- Not the same as insurance assignments

ABG Appraiser Reminders
- Appraiser's details
- Appraise using OEM parts
- Determine ESV (Estimated Sale Value)
- Audatex vehicle evaluation required and will be completed by Office Manager when:
- Marked as inspected in WebFMS
MCE Repair Facility
- Repair Facility
- Verify correct AVIS facility information populates in MCE from WebFMS
ABG Appraiser Checklist
- AVIS Checklist is provided within the SLA
- Use as a reference as you complete the assignment
Photo App in FMS Mobile
- Take photos using our Alacrity Photo App to secure all required pictures in the correct order per our SLA
Mitchell MCE
- Write your appraisal to obtain the estimate amount, but do not commit at this time
- Loss Designation is always P-Partial Loss
- Do NOT designate vehicle as a total loss anywhere in MCE
- Do NOT list DATE OF LOSS on estimate
- If unable to decode VIN to proper model or engine type, utilize the AVIS model or engine type workaround
Audatex Valuation Request
- Submission completed by Office Manager
- Select the "Mark Inspection Complete" on your FMS Mobile App after you have taken your photos
- This will trigger your Office Manager to complete the Audatex Valuation Request
- Office Manager will review the photos in each file to ensure the proper model, engine size, and all other options are confirmed to prepare for submission of the Audatex Valuation
- Please make sure to capture ALL photos that will assist the OM in making an accurate submission
- Office Manager will add Audatex Valuation into FMS
- Appraiser will go into the "Attachments" tile in WebFMS to view the PDF Audatex Valuation document to obtain the request number and value
Audatex Valuation Request # Input | MCE

Enter the Audatex Request # in the MCE Appraisal "Remarks" section
#1. "Estimate Profiles"
#2. "Messages & Remarks"
#3. Select "Edit"
#4. Enter Audatex Request # in "Remarks" | EXAMPLE FORMAT: Audatex #58353518
- Select "Apply Changes" to save
- If the Audatex valuation PDF is not in the WebFMS "Attachments" tile when you've completed your MCE estimate, please reach out to the Office Manager for futher assistance prior to committing the estimate
Estimate Sale Value
- Determine the Estimate Sale Value Amount
- Go to Salvage Database
- Login using your WebFMS login
- Enter the vehicle
- Year
- Make
- Model
- Area of Damage
- Using the estimate amount and Fair Market Value amount, find the most appropriate ESV amounts
Salvage Database
- Enter our Assignment #
- Enter the Vehicle "Year"
- Select the Vehicle "Make"
- Select the Vehicle "Model"
- Select primary area of "DAMAGES"
- Select "Search"
- Search for the "Damage Amount" closest to the vehicle you're inspecting
- Search for "Fair Market Value" closest to the vehicle
- Verify area is close to the inspection city
- Determine the "Sale Value"
- You will enter the Estimate Sale Value (ESV) in the Prior Damage Section in MCE
WebFMS ESV Form
- In MCE, select the "Vehicle" card
- ESV must be entered into your MCE estimate
- Enter the ESV in the "Prior Damage" section
- Must be entered as None; ID # 000000 #
- **Note: Always 6 digits, no decimals, no cents
-Select the "Reporting" tile in WebFMS
- Select the "ESV Form"
- Do NOT fill out the "Condition Report"
- Enter the "Damage Appraisal Amount"
- Enter the "Fair Market Value" from the Audatex Valuation
- If an Audatex Valuation is not instantaneously provided, please reach out to Key Client OM for direction
- Enter the "Estimated Sale Value"
- Enter comments when appropriate
- Select "Save"
- NO Alacrity Condition Report is required

- Ensure the PDF copy of the completed ESV form appears in the "Attachments" Tile
Final Procedure Notes
- Read and follow the ABG SLA's and Checklist
- There are a variety of support documents attached to the SLA to assist the appraiser in completing the appraisal
- Request the local Area Avis Manager to open the car or put it on a lift, if necessary, to document all damages
- See photo requirements in the SLA for flood vehicles
- Ensure the ESV form is completed and attached
- The Claim Number is the MVA# provided by AVIS
- If mileage is unobtainable, use last known mileage on assignment sheet
- If tow amount is on assignment sheet, a line item for towing must be included on the estimate
- Loss Designation is always P-Partial Loss
- Do NOT designate vehicle as a tota loss anywhere in MCE
- ** Do NOT list Date of Loss** on estimate
- WebFMS Condition Reports are not required
- Vast majority of ABG assignments do not require supplements
