Included Items or Services

  • Included with our Auto Bundled Rate are items and/or services for our client required with every assignment:

    • Our Alacrity Standards which include and require:

      • An Estimate
      • Photos
      • Our Condition Report

    • Our Alacrity Standard Total Loss Workup which includes and requires:

      • Three (3) Dealer Quotes
      • Book Value
      • Three (3) Salvage Bids

      OR

    • Mitchell, CCC, ADP(Audatex), Total Loss form Completed AND called in if our client requests

      • One of the above, not all
      • This replaces the Alacrity Standard Total Loss Workup
      • IF salvage bids are requested along with Mitchell, CCC, or ADP- salvage bids are included

  • SUPPLEMENTS, including a reinspection, are included with our Auto Bundled Rate:

    • All supplemental estimates
    • Repairable vehicles
    • Total loss vehicles
    • Supplement photos
    • Supplement Alacrity Standard Condition Report
    • Total loss items as outlined prior should the vehicle now be deemed a total loss
    • When a reinspection is completed, only mileage will be billed

Supplements​

  • Supplements are included with our Bundled Rate and updates are required:
    • All supplemental estimates
      • Update the "Location Information" on the Detail Tile if warranted

Condition Report​

  • Supplements are included with our Auto Bundled Rate and updates are required:

  • Supplement Alacrity Standard Condition Report | Update with the information, including but not limited to:

    1. Loss Recap​

    2. Repair Facility​

    • Secure Federal Tax Identification Number

    • Repair Facility License where state requires licensing

    3. Agreed Scope of Damage​

    • Include the name of the shop contact with whom the agreed scope was secured

    4. Days to Repair​

    5. Remarks​
