Mileage Charges

  • For our Market Rate client there is no set number of included miles

    • The market rate mileage setting for our client with Alacrity Minimums is set to zero

  • Mileage rates/miles are set at the Alacrity minimum of $1.32 per mile

    • $1.32 is the Alacrity market rate and can be changed at the office level
    • Office Level mileage rate can only be increased above the $1.32 Alacrity minimum

  • Physically re-inspected supplement assignments would be billed for mileage only at the Alacrity market rate or Office Level mileage rate

    • Included miles and mileage rate should be charged at the same rate as the original assignment

  • Long Distance Pricing Mileage:

    • For supplement files, the same parameters

    • Starting at mile one (1)

    • When the file exceeds 100 miles round trip an additional “$X.XX” per mile is charged
