Local Client List


The Local Client List is located under the Administration Tab in FMS

  • This feature contains Clients that an Office commonly uses when working assignments

  • When a user creates a new Assignment, the first step is to select the appropriate adjuster from the Local Client list
  • Use the vertical scrollbar to scroll up and down to see the entire contents of the grid -If the grid's contents are large, use the Search box to filter by a Client Name, Branch, Adjuster Name or any other known data element, then click Enter on the keyboard or the Search button to narrow down the search
  • Once you have narrowed down the contents, double-click an adjuster to insert that data into the new Assignment
  • If an adjuster can't be found, use the National Search button to find non-local records

1). Use any of the functions to find data — search, group, filter, or sort — to either find the desired Adjuster, or create an Adjuster report when exporting to Excel (#3)

3). Use the Export to Excel icon to create reports

4). Use the National Search button to find non-local Adjusters

5). Use the vertical scrollbar to scroll up and down the list

Q: I clicked New to create a new assignment. Why did this screen appear?

A: Prior to reaching the Detail Tile, you must first select a client from the client list (do this by double-clicking the entry you wish to use) for billing purposes
