Working Address​

This feature is only for the Appraiser Role to define & verify Market Area/Working Location radius with zip codes tied to their profile

  • On Demand Assignment Selection
  • NOTE - This "Working Address" button is only available to Appraisers for On Demand Appraiser Eligibility

Please reach out to your Office and Regional Field Manager (RFM) to confirm the changes in the claim system

User Settings​

If your computer does not come with a PDF printer, Alacrity offers one that you can download.

  • Go to User Settings --> Download PDF Printer (as shown below)
  • Click on "Save"

  • The User Profile is where you can verify your phone number is correct for the Multifactor Authentication as well as having your cell phone number on file.

    • Enter Cell Phone Number
    • Click on "Submit"
