Performance Metrics

The Reports

The feature located in the tools section of the main ribbon. The tools section of the main ribbon is only viewable for higher level users. It's titled "Operation Performance Metrics".'

From this page there are 3 reports divided up by 3 tabs: Office Manager Reports, Appraiser Metrics, and Write At Car %.

Filters

Each report has their own set of filters. The filters reset to default when you navigate reports.

The filters impact the data viewable and the aggregates calculated on the report.

Drill Down

All the reports have the following levels of data but are not limited to : regional level, office level, appraiser level. In order to view the next level of data the user has to click on the arrow on the far left of the row.

Aggregations

Each report has aggregates. These are totals of the data that are compiled by the data. They are located on the footer of the outer table. Using the filters should cause the aggregates update. Drilling down the data will not change the aggregates.
